55 Day Returns / 365 Day Exchange Policy

55 Day Return Policy/365 Day Exchanges
It's very easy...you may return your item within 55 days of purchase date or exchange your item within 365 days of the purchase date.
NO NEED TO CALL OR EMAIL. CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW "Click for Returns/Exchange Form." FILL OUT AND PRINT AND RETURN THE FORM WITH YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
- All returns/exchanges must be in New, Unused, "LIKE NEW" condition
- All returns/exchanges must include original packaging material and it must be undamaged
- Product must have all original tags that were sent with the product
- If the return/exchange is due to our error or is defective, Muck Boots USA will email you a UPS prepaid shipping label;
- Otherwise, Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
- Pro Tip: Don't want to send your item back and wait for the exchange to be shipped? Expedite the process by placing a new order then returning your product for a refund
- Please allow 2-3 business days after return is received by Muck Boots USA to process your item for an refund
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
- We recommend that you use the original shipping box, including all the original packing materials
- Put Muck branded box back into original shipping box
- If you have received a shipment from our TX fulfillment center in clear, plastic poly-wrap on the outside of the box, please be sure to ship the item back to us by protecting the outer Muck branded box by wrapping or using another outer box
- Do not add additional markings, labels or excess tape
- Please include all original product tags
- Damaged Muck branded boxes or product returned without tags attached, may result in refusal and could be subject to a $35.00 re-stocking fee
- Product that shows wear may be refused or charged a $35.00 fee

RETURN FOR CREDIT SHIPPING CHARGES
- If you use the prepaid return label provided by Muck Boots USA, $12.00 will be deducted from your refund
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns of unwanted product
- If we make an error in shipping or an item is deemed defective by Muck Boots USA, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for the return
- Expedited/Additional item shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges/returns that are not the result of a defect
- Additional fees may apply if special handling (expedited or Air) is required.
FREE SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES
- Returns for Exchanges are FREE for customers in the Continental U.S. only
- Customer must use prepaid shipping label provided by Muck Boots USA
HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS:
- Muck Boots USA will take back your product outside of the 55 day window for an EXCHANGE, no questions asked, if your product is Unworn, in New Condition, has the original product tags and the Muck branded box is in Like New condition. Customer must pay return shipping.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND RETURNS OUTSIDE THE 55 DAY WINDOW
- If your product is defective or does not meet the "Like New" condition criteria, please mail is directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
AFTER YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED
- Once your shipment is received, it is inspected by our QA team. If there are any questions regarding the return, one of our representatives will contact you. Once the inspection is completed, your return will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days. During peak season (after the Holiday Season) this time frame may take longer due to the volume of packages received and processed.
- A request for a credit to your Pay Pal or credit card account will be submitted. As a reminder, due to security and privacy reasons, Muck Boots USA does not keep Paypal and/or credit card information of any kind in its database. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return process has been initiated and sent to Paypal or your credit card provider. Please allow 5-7 business days as our credit card partners process your credit request. If you do not see the credit applied to your account within this time frame, please reach back out to us and we will contact our credit card partners to resolve the issue.
